Maybo Australia is a specialist consultancy in customer/client workplace violence and conflict resolution. We provide practical and effective conflict management expertise and training across Australia. We are supported by the UK's leading conflict management consultancy Maybo Ltd. Since 1996 Maybo in the UK has provided practical and effective external conflict management expertise, which can include low risk physical intervention.
Maybo's client conflict management advice and training:-

Conflict management training |
Conflict resolution and personal safety training tailored to your working environment. The courses are under six main sectors: care; personal safety; ambulance, children, call handling and refreshers |

Physical intervention training |
A unique physical intervention skills programme that is low risk for both employees and service users and others to whom they are applied. Holds do not involve pain compliance. The levels are disengagement; holding and additional holding. |

Manager training |
Manager training brings out the different elements that contribute to a safer working environment.
Post incident training shows managers how to handle professionally the aftermath, with minimal repercussions for the individuals and the organisation. |

Tutor training |
Deliver Maybo's conflict management programmes. In house trainers will be licensed and provided with trainer and delegate support notes to be able to deliver courses in their organisation. |

Qualifications |
Maybo's conflict management and physical intervention training can include the internationally recognised City & Guilds accredited qualifications for delegates and trainers. |
