Maybo offers organisations a range of learning solutions including direct training, in -house tutor training and on-line learning resources. Clients choose from one or a blend of these to meet the needs of their organisation while achieving a sustainable and cost effective solution.
Direct training
Maybo pioneered scenario-based learning in conflict resolution and conflict management using its highly skilled facilitators. This approach allows delegates to build confidence through problem solving scenarios that are directly relevant to their roles. Maybo trainers, who maintain a rigorous continuing professional development programme, have a professional background in managing aggression and violence 'first hand' and have excellent facilitation skills.
In-house tutor training
The Maybo Licensed Programme is ideal for organisations that want to develop their own delivery capability. Their own staff can become MLP tutors.
Tutors nominated by the organisation are trained direct by Maybo to deliver the programmes that meet the different needs within their organisations. Maybo draws on the experience of training across different sectors and provides tutors and employers with comprehensive on going support and development to ensure a sustainable solution.
On-line learning and resources
Maybo can help clients to reduce time away from work and costs through a blended learning approach. Blended learning involves gaining the conflict resolution theory on-line and practical aspects through workplace projects. This ensures that direct training time is optimised to develop practical skills and confidence.
Maybo produces tailored e-learning, leaflets, manuals, training aids or videos that enable staff to carry out much of the learning at a time convenient to them.
On line and paper resources can be tailored to cater for front line staff, managers or licensed tutors.
