AAG Conference: Study examines effectiveness of Maybo training in residential care

    Join us at the Australian Association of Gerontology conference this Friday, to learn about the findings from a study, carried out at the Montefiore Residential Aged Care facility, on the impact of Maybo training on staff response to aggression.

    Dr. Jacki Wesson, an occupational therapist, dementia consultant and early career researcher at Montefiore Residential Aged Care, has explored the effectiveness of Maybo training on staff attitudes, confidence and skill at responding to people living with dementia. 

    The results are impressive and she will be sharing them at the AAG conference this Friday 12th, at 2:15 pm.
